You’ve finally made it! 

You’ve worked so ridiculously long and hard your entire life to make it to the top of the mountain and now you’re finally here.  You’ve got the slick cars, the nice house, the beautiful family, the powerful title and the big bank account as proof that you’ve arrived! 

And yet, somehow, you’ve never felt so empty, confused, frustrated, tired and ashamed. Your work used to be your vehicle to conquer the world but now it just feels like a complete drag on your energy. Nothing more than one fire to put out after another. Your family used to be your pride and joy but now your kids feel like entitled little people who always want something from you. But what? Do you just accept that this is your life now and try to find small pockets of joy and contentment when and where you can? Or do you shoot a rocket launcher at the whole thing and blow your life into a million little pieces? Neither option sounds all that awesome. What if I were to offer you a third option? I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to detonate every aspect of your life and also don’t have to dissolve the raw emotions of your heart. WHO’S BEHIND IT?

I’m Jeremy Murphy and nearly five years ago, almost to the day that I’m creating this, I was at the lowest point I’ve ever been in my life.

Angry, confused, heartbroken, exhausted and alone. I was on the floor of my Motel 6 room telling myself that I didn’t need to get up and grab something to eat, I didn’t have to go to work tomorrow; I didn’t have to do ANYTHING anymore if I didn’t want to.

At this time I had recently lost “POPS”, Walter POPS Carvahlo; my fight coach. He took me from chump to champ in a matter of a couple of years. He was like a father-figure to me. Around this time I also asked my then wife for a divorce after two houses, two kids and nearly 14 years of marriage. I thought it was noble to choose divorce over continuing to pretend to be happy or infidelity but most of the people in my camp didn’t agree. As a result I lost nearly all of my friends, disconnected from most of the people in my family and suddenly I was all alone.

Eventually I learned how to F.I.G.H.T. my way out of the darkness. I learned how to grow stronger, build and protect my energy, gain clarity and turn my pain into purpose. I also learned how to sit in the fire, how to burn broken bridges, how to ask for help, how to practice forgiveness and how to receive grace. 

It took me a little over 5 years to put these lessons together in such a way so that I can build myself back up into the man you see today. To say that it was hard would be an understatement. To say that it was painful would be a misrepresentation. To say that I had days where I honestly believed I’d never find my way out would be the absolute truth. You might have had these thoughts too but this doesn't have to be the case for you. I’ve been to the abyss. I stared my most vicious enemy directly in his eyes, I’ve battled him victoriously and I’ve come back with the blueprint of how you can do the same. 

It’s time to stop running,

It’s time to stop blaming,

It's time to stop hiding.

It’s time to stare your enemy directly in his eyes; 

He is right there, right at your front door.

And He is YOU!

It's time to face yourself,

Its’ time to F.I.G.H.T. BACK!!!

Jeremy is a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer, Boxing/Kickboxing Instructor, Pro MMA Fighter and a Jay Shetty Certified Confidence Coach! For more than ten years Jeremy has used his martial arts training, fitness knowledge and professional fighting experience to help people develop incredible strength, confidence and resilience physically as well as mentally and emotionally. 
His training journey began at a small boxing  studio in Walnut Creek in 2011. This is where Jeremy first developed his coaching style of mixing weight training with martial arts instruction. It wasn't long before his Kickboxing classes where completely packed and his personal training services where in high demand. Two years later Jeremy decided to level up and became a personal trainer for Equinox in Palo Alto; a high class fitness facility that's basically a who's who of Silicone Valley elites. After two successful years there Jeremy decided to start his own company; Fire Fitness Training, Inc. 
Now, in 2021 Jeremy has a new focus. While all the physical training has been wonderful for him and his clients, Jeremy couldn't help but to notice that the most incredible, impactful and inspirational changes came not from the outside in but from the inside out. Over and over, Jeremy noticed his clients' attitude toward themselves changed BEFORE their bodies did! He took this as a clue and decided to level up again by becoming a Certified Life Coach so that he could help people develop on a much deeper level. But THAT development only for those people who are open to taking a long hard look at who they are and who they really want to be. 
It's no exaggeration to say that the world has changed quite drastically since Jeremy first started coaching and training. It's not about just getting by anymore, there's a lot of people who are just trying to hold on. Hold on to their homes, hold on to their jobs, hold onto the way they used to do things. But for Jeremy and his clients the greatest breakthroughs have come from letting go. Letting go of limiting beliefs, letting go of limiting people and letting go of a limiting life.
